What it is
LED light therapy treats breakouts, inflammation and early signs of ageing.
How it works
Different colours of light act on different processes. Blue light (around 415 nm) targets the bacteria involved in acne. Red light (around 630 nm) calms inflammation and supports healing and collagen.
